The Ties That Bind
My current novel in progress is about family, identity and faith. When one young man changes identity, his entire family must face the consequences. This story explores gender identity, the Christian faith and the ties that bind family and believers.
Malaysia
July 2017 will find me exploring Malaysia for a second time. Look out for blog posts featuring Penang, Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, Malacca and Port Dickson.
Okinawa
Having lived on Japan's southernmost island for a year, I look forward to sharing some of it's delights, both well known and hidden gems.
Layovers
Living in Okinawa is a blessing, but the challenging flight times, connections and layovers are not. We make the most of our layovers now by extending them to allow an overnight stay and enjoy a whistle-stop tour of a new city.
